About Library

Ullens school library solely focuses on "Unity in Diversity". The main objective of Ullens School’s Library is to provide a wide range of material at varying levels of reading ability, with diversity of reading preferences and presentation of different points of view, to meet the needs of the school's students as well as student of International Baccalaureate and faculty alike.

We provide online resources of the highest quality as information literacy skills are an integral part of the library program. Students learn how to retrieve information in a more specific way in the library and on the Internet for their academic purpose.

We have two sections of library. School Library opens at 8 AM and closes at 5 P.M and Senior School Library opens at 9.30 A.M. and closes at 5 P.M. The librarians are always present in the library to guide the students and provide the services.


The Ullens School Library collection

Ullens School library contains more than 10,000 volumes including books magazines, Audio and Video. Bibliographical records of reading materials are stored in library database any one can search the reading materials through author, title and subject using the database the student and faculty members can use the computer provided by the library to search the database for their research purposes.

Ullens Library is a member of some of the renowned libraries inside the Kathmandu valley and Ullens School student and staff can access these libraries as well.
